Mechanical Sunday.
So I spent some quality time with my dirt bike today replacing the lower shock bearing on my YZ250f. First I had to lift the bike up on the stand and raise the front wheel so the the shock bearing was accessible. Tip: measure depth of the current bearing with a micrometer before you push it out. I used a long bolt with a 1 /18 on the outside an a 19mm on the push side to push the bearing out. Once out I cleaned it all up and built the press using the se bolt washers and sockets to press in the bearing. Once the new bearing was in, I measured it for depth and reinstalled.
